Outside Kidz is all about discovering the coolest stuff out there, from handcrafted treasures made by local artisans to unique finds from across the globe. We prioritize using U.S. domestic suppliers to get your gear to you quickly, but since we collaborate with creators worldwide, shipping times may vary. Here’s the scoop on our shipping policies:


Free Ground Shipping

Free UPS Ground Shipping on U.S. orders over $30

Free Shipping applies to orders with a net subtotal over $30 (after discounts). Promotional discounts or coupon codes cannot be applied to past purchases.


Where We Ship

We currently only ship within the United States. If you're outside our shipping zone, drop us a line at Support@OutsideKidz.store, and we’ll see if we can make some magic happen!


Processing Time

We hustle to process your orders within 1-2 business days.

  • Weekend or holiday orders? They get VIP treatment first thing on the next business day.
  • Some items may take longer if they are drop shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated Shipping Times

📦 Standard Shipping: 7 to 16 business days
Express Shipping: Not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are based on weight and method—you’ll see the final cost at checkout.

  • Customs duties and taxes? If applicable, those are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package’s journey on our Order Tracking page.


Delivery Dilemmas

🤔 Package not delivered?

  • If your order hasn’t arrived 3 days after the expected delivery date, contact us at Support@OutsideKidz.store, and we’ll help sort it out.

Damaged or Lost Packages

💔 Stuff happens. If your order is damaged or lost, follow these steps:

  1. Contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  2. Reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.
  3. Keep all packaging and damaged items handy—photos help speed things up!

Affiliate & Event Purchases

🛍 Affiliate Purchases:

  • Some products on our site may be sold through affiliate marketing ads. If you purchase a product via an affiliate link, the third-party retailer handles shipping, returns, and customer support.
  • We do not control shipping times for affiliate-linked products. Check the retailer’s shipping policy before purchasing.

🎟 Event Advertisements:

  • If you purchased tickets to a local paid or free event advertised on our site, your event organizer is responsible for delivery and confirmation of tickets.
  • Outside Kidz does not manage event ticket shipping, cancellations, or refunds—please contact the event organizer directly.

Incorrect Addresses

✏️ Double-check your address before ordering!

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us ASAP at Support@OutsideKidz.store, and we’ll try to fix it before your order ships.

Shipping from Multiple Suppliers

🛒 Your order might arrive in multiple packages if items are coming from different suppliers. We’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info for each shipment.
