Returns
Hey Outside Kidz! We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, here’s how we handle returns:
Easy Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. Return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in the original packaging. Follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us – Shoot us an email at Support@OutsideKidz.Store with your order number and the reason for return. If it’s damaged, include photos so we can see how badly we messed up!
- Get Approval – We’ll review your request and send you return instructions if approved.
- Ship It Back – Pack up your items and ship them to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it (not in a creepy way). If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Uh-oh! If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at Support@OutsideKidz.Store within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Affiliate-linked products – If you purchased an item through an affiliate marketing ad, you must follow the return policy of the third-party retailer.
- Event Tickets & Registrations – If you purchased a ticket for a local paid or free event, refunds and cancellations are handled by the event organizer, not Outside Kidz.
Return Address
Returns should be sent to the address provided in your return approval email. Don’t forget to include a note with your order number inside the package!
Important Notes on Affiliate & Event Purchases
- Affiliate Purchases – If you bought an item via an affiliate link or third-party partner, you must return it directly to that retailer under their return policy. We do not process returns or refunds for affiliate purchases.
- Event Advertisements – If you purchased a ticket to a local event advertised on our site, all refund requests must be handled by the event organizer, not Outside Kidz. We’re just here to spread the word!
